ExACT project will host its Final Conference on Precision Health: the contribution of international collaboration from a multidisciplinary perspective.

The sessions throughout the day will shed light on several relevant topics, in particular Disruptive Innovation and Multidisciplinary models for engaging stakeholders in precision health. PROPHET will take the stage in the second part of the day, focusing on creating synergies in the framework of EU research.
