PROPHET is organising a joint event on personalised prevention, co-hosted with the EU initiative 4PCAN and co-sponsored from the EU Partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems, which will take place in Rome on 26–27 March 2026, with the possibility to participate online. The Preliminary Agenda is accessible here.
The event will serve as a key platform to present and advance the PROPHET Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) and the related Roadmap, with a clear and practical ambition: to identify concrete synergies with ongoing European initiatives and translate strategic priorities into coordinated action. Rather than serving solely as a dissemination moment, the meeting is designed to align actors, map complementarities, and explore how existing projects and partnerships can contribute to implementing the Roadmap’s proposed actions. Several major European initiatives, including EuCanScreen, PreventNCD, JANE2, EUNetCCC, ECHOS, JA PCM, EPPerMed, JACARDI, GDI, ICPerMed and others, will contribute to a focused discussion on how to strengthen collaboration across the personalised prevention ecosystem, ensure coherence between research and policy efforts, and provide tangible momentum to the Roadmap’s implementation at European level. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Empowered citizens, personalised care: a new era for prevention in Europe is a high-level event that will take place at the European Parliament in Brussels on 5–7 May or 12 May 2026, from 12:30 to 14:00.The event will focus on the future of personalised prevention in Europe, bringing together representatives of European institutions, researchers, patient and citizen organisations, and health policy stakeholders. Building on the results of the PROPHET project, the discussion will highlight the main outcomes of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) and the Roadmap, and explore their implications for citizens, patients and healthcare systems, as well as the key policy priorities needed to move towards more preventive, person-centred care in Europe.

The PROPHET Final Conference will take place in Brussels on 8 July 2026 and will mark the official conclusion of the project. The event will provide an opportunity to present and discuss all final results of PROPHET, including its key outputs and achievements, and to reflect on their impact and future uptake. Bringing together policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders, the conference will highlight the project’s contribution to advancing personalised prevention in Europe and outline perspectives beyond the project’s lifetime.
