An important result of the PROPHET project is the development and implementation of the Toolbox for capacity building. This toolbox is designed to strengthen knowledge of personalised prevention through the selection of educational materials for specific target groups, including healthcare professionals, policymakers, citizens and patients. As the project reaches its final year, new materials will be added regularly. Additionally, the results of the PROPHET project are made available in an accessible way via factsheets. For instance, information is presented on examples of personalised prevention and how to integrate new possibilities for personalised prevention into healthcare. Currently several factsheets are also being reworded in lay language and translated to increase accessibility for citizens and patients. Useful links are collected to other initiatives and educational resources, ranging from reports to webinars.
